Hi all, ok, the attachment holds a short C++ example file (buttontest.cc). I also did a pure GTK+ version of it (buttons.c) - same trouble. Example usage (after compiling and starting): click "cool button" - uncool button set insensitive, click it anyway wait some seconds until uncool button is sensitive again look at console output: the uncool button's event got processed even though that button was insensitive. Because this trouble is also with GTK+ should I ask at that mailing list too? Or does someone know a workaround? Any help/suggestions appreciated! Thanks. Cheers, Jeffrey Rush.

Even when you don't click on it a 2nd time? That sounds very strange. Maybe you could give us a simple example to reproduce this behaviour. Ideally you would also check whether it happens with pure GTK+ code. -- Murray Cumming murrayc usa net www.murrayc.com
