[gtkmm] TreeViews: per-cell accessors

I find myself missing the direct access to the Gtk::CList_Helper::Cell's 
I used to enjoy in 1.2's Gtk::CList.cell(row, column)...

Why? Because I update individual cells at indeterminate times, without 
user intervention. Plus, I have my own wrappers which generalize widget 
behavior (e.g., Entry, Image, CellRendererTexts all have a notion of 
set/get value)

Any suggestions?
