[gtkmm] TreeView indent

Hello,

I have 2 questions:
1. When I add a cild-row to my tree it will be indented a little bit. How
can I change the indent-size? There seems to be no method or attribut.

2. In gtk-- 1.2 I used the ctree-widget. When I added a child to a node a
line was drawn from the expander of the node to its child. With the new
TreeView-widget no line is drawn. Is there a way to get the lines drawn?

Any help is appreciated.
