[gtkmm] Create source.h file from source.hg file...

How do you generate the .h file from a modified .hg file?  Is there a 
make command to do this?

I have applied a patch to treeviewcolumn.hg (to fix a checkbox problem), 
and when I typed 'make' nothing happened.  What command(s) do I need to 
recompile?
