It worked although I have quite get what is
"important" for. Anyway, thanks for the tip. 
But, the "important" property seems not affecting the
horizontal toolbar. Even when I explictly set its
items to "not important", those items can still be set
to BOTH or BOTH_HORIZ freely.  Is that expected?
