Online ... where?
If you look for it at www.gtkmm.org then I find that
all links to gtkmm_hello like this one:
http://ftp.gnome.org/pub/GNOME/sources/gtkmm_hello/2.6/
are dead links. Also the latest version of gtkmm_hello at
www.sourceforge.net/projects/gtkmm is 0.4.0 dating 
from December last year. So where?
