[gtkmm] problem with (deprecated) Gtk::Combo widget (gtkmm-2.2)

Hi List,

I have 2 Gtk::Combo widgets in my GUI (and I have to use gtkmm-2.2, so I can't
use the Gtk::ComboBox). If they contain absolutely nothing and I expand them
(in any order) and collapse them, the GUI hangs. I haven't tried this on any
other OS than windows now, but maybe some of you have an idea?

Otherwise I think I have to build a custom widget. This is a recent topic on
the list, so I think I'll find enough information.
