[gtkmm] Gtk::Entry signals

Hi,

Is there a reason why signals "signal_cut/copy/paste_clipboard" were 
removed from Gtk::Entry classin Gtkmm-2.4? I found that they are still 
exists in GTK+-2.4.

Now I have to patch my complex application based on Gtkmm-2.2 that is 
using those signals.
(I have enough work to port libsigc-1.2 to libsigc-2.0, because 
marshalling should be reimplemeted with accumulators now)
