www.thewrittenword.com provide pre-built gtkmm binaries for AIX,
Solaris, Tru64, and IRIX, with the vendor compilers and with g++.
libsigc++ 2 does not currently build with the HP-UX compiler, but I'm
sure that can be fixed.
