Gtk::Fixed or Gtk::DrawingArea(Porting DBDesigner to c++ & gtkmm)

Hi me again. I don't seem to find it. I wanne port DBDesigner too c++ & 
gtkmm but I don't know what I have to use do draw the little windows on 
an how I can draw on it. Here is a screenshot of the app(the origal one)

But how can I make those widgets,
