What is lacking is your understanding of (1) static methods (2) classes
with a constructor, either because they must always be created via a
factory method (which typically returns a reference counted pointer) or
because the class wraps a resource that is fundamentally a singleton.
The terminology above is all basic C++ stuff. If you don't want to learn
C++ terminology, you will have a hard time as your tasks get more
complex.
Given that people have attempted to help you, you are being unbelievably
rude.
