Fwd: How to use version of gtkmm from git

I'd like to try new gtkmm. I cloned the repository from
git.gnome.org/gtkmm and tried to compile it. But ./autogen.sh finished
with error. The problem is with variables DISABLE_DEPRECATED_API and
ENABLE_DOCUMENTATION, which are not defined with AM_CONDITIONAL. What
did I do wrong?
