I think I found a bug in Gtk::Notebook::signal_page_reordered()

Not sure if this is a bug or not but when
Gtk::Notebook::signal_page_reordered() is called, it is called for every
page including pages that have been removed. I am using version 3.6 of
Gtkmm.
