We can definately work on getting a vmware image out with the latest
gnome stuff. I haven't been doing vmware builds lately, but would
love to. We do have gnome 2.17.91 packaged already, and will get
2.17.92 as soon as the tarballs are in. I will work on vmware images,
and maybe xen images over the weekend. rBuilder does make that easy
for us :)

One other point - Ubuntu is not the only choice of distribution for
this. Foresight Linux (by Ken VanDine of GNOME, and others) always has
bleeding edge GNOME including un-official but useful GNOME apps, and
might be a realistic alternative. Ken can tell us whether he has a
LiveCD now, and where we can get Xen/QEMU/VMWare images (I see themnoted
on the LiveCD wiki page).
Cheers,
Dave.
