[gugmasters] Help the Foundation create a budget for 2008

In case some of you are not on foundation-list:

Really, it makes the board's life easier if we can put all the
sponsorship requests in the budget, even for events that will happen at
the end of 2008 (like the next Brazilian forum, eg).
