[PATCH] Don't set r/o permissions when copying from r/o locations

Hi!, this is a regression from http://bugs.gnome.org/167102 , the feature was lost in the migration to gio, the nautilus patch is in http://bugs.gnome.org/550816 and the gio patch in http://bugs.gnome.org/550795 . I'm attaching both here and sending mail to gvfs and nautilus list.

The patch is working well in my tests :).
