Well, that would be no bad thing... how many people read policy docs
without a gun to their head? :)
Unfortunately, it's not really what we have written (which I think is
okay). Getting people to read and follow the HI Guidelines is a whole
'nother problem, which as I said, Seth (among others) has been working
on.
