Re: home plugin issue with drag events

I figured out the problem. Motion events are being propagated, but  
only after clicking and holding for ~1 second, then dragging.  
Otherwise the gesture is being interpreted as a move event for the  
window. Lowering the value of CLICK_TIMEOUT gets the behavior back to  
what it was before the merge.
