some documentation

I have been putting together some documentation on writing language
bindings for gtk 2.0.  It is not yet complete (many bits of it need work),
but it may be useful to someone.  I have put a copy of it at:

Comments or ideas to expand the document are welcome.  If anyone else
wants to add something, I can check it into CVS (would it make sense to
create a `bindings' cvs module?).
