Well done, but this is not an announcements list. It is for writers of
bindings, not users of bindings.

By the way, is a 2.0.x name version name a good idea for an incomplete
library? Maybe ruby doesn't have the same API/ABI issues as other
languages, but I suspect that API stability is still an important
concept.
