As Kat recently pointed out, you should use owncloud for this.
Unfortunately, not everyone is a foundation member. Justin, Danielle and Teresa are not GNOME people or part of the foundation. I could try to get them accounts though.. but as it is somewhat a late stage, I rather we just plow through and use this for now.
