Making clear that donations are "One time"

Hi,

Currently it's not completely clear on http://www.gnome.org/friends/
that the donations of 25-500 500-1200 and 1200+ are one time. I
suggest to put "(One time)" behind the option just like we have
(Monthly) behind "adopt a hacker"
