Time to retire the sysadmin banner?

Hello all!
The "sysadmin banner", and it's successor the "sysadmin thanks banner"
have now been up on gnome.org for quite a while now.
I realized gnome.org probably wants it's space back by now, but was
unable to find where in the code the banner is summoned. Anyone with
some knowledge in this area who are able to help?
