Since nobody expressed any objections I implemented the suggested new 
structure. The coordination page can be found at
https://live.gnome.org/GnomeEvents/ReleaseParties

I also created the 3.6 release parties planning page at https://live.gnome.org/GnomeEvents/ReleaseParties/ThreePointSix

As I stated in my previous mail I think we should consider using social media to promote release party planning.
