Question about Development version

I have clone the source code and "git checkout 3.11.0 -b my_branch".
When I enter /meld/bin and run meld, it says that:
Cannot import: GTK+
cannot import name PyGIDeprecationWarningHowever I have follow the instruction on
http://meldmerge.org/ to installing the following lib:
- Python 2.7 (Python 3 not yet supported)
- GTK+ 3.6
- GLib 2.34
- PyGObject 3.8
- GtkSourceView 3.6
So I don't know what's the problem. Help please.
