Some assertions failing at dirdiff.py line 478

Hi folks

 

Sometimes I get the following errors when executing Meld from terminal:

dirdiff.py:478: GtkWarning: gtk_label_set_ellipsize: assertion `GTK_IS_LABEL (label)' failed
  self.filter_menu_button.set_label_widget(label)
 
dirdiff.py:478: GtkWarning: gtk_label_set_angle: assertion `GTK_IS_LABEL (label)' failed
  self.filter_menu_button.set_label_widget(label)
 
dirdiff.py:478: GtkWarning: gtk_misc_set_alignment: assertion `GTK_IS_MISC (misc)' failed
  self.filter_menu_button.set_label_widget(label)
  

I'm using Meld 1.8.3 and Gtk2.0 now (Ive got this error on previous Meld versions too).

It's not a big deal, as it's not blocking anything here, but I'd think it might be useful to tell you guys
