Meld option to not open direcotories that don't exist ?

Hello;

I am using meld, the great diff tool, to diff directories. I'm looking for changed files in a directory where there
are many directories that are in one place but not the other.

Is there an option to not open directories that don't exist in both places ? I did this by hand and it made the view much simpler,
but it would be nice to automatically have this done.
