Sending a reminder for the votes

Hi guys

On Monday, I'd like to see a reminder sent for the elections.

There are two possibilities for that:

1) send a reminder on foundation-list

2) send a reminder to the people who did not vote

Last year, solution 2) was chosen. However, after some discussion, it's
true that there's some problems with this solution: to get the list of
people who did not vote, we need to look at the people who did vote. And
so we need to get a glimpse of the results. And this is not a good
thing, IMHO.

What do you think?

And is there a volunteer to do this?
