Just stick to a 22x22 icon. The 24x24 version can be created by adding a 1px
transparent border around the 22x22 (bitmap) icon. Best way to do that:
| /usr/bin/convert -bordercolor Transparent -border 1x1 22x22file.png 24x24file.png
This snippet comes from the tango-icon-theme Makefile. Install ImageMagick
if you don't have 'convert'.
