[Muine] Is anyone working on music grouping ?

Hi there,

For some time now, there are been proposal to implement music
grouping. But no code was ever published online (at least as far as I
know). So is anyone working on it ? Is there a need for developpers ?
Is there something more technical than
http://www.jbaayen.dds.nl/proposal.html, with code change required ? I
would be willing to help, but not sure if I should start from the
proposal, and is there is some code already there to be start from,
