I dont see this one.  I think sullivan eazel com fixed this very
recently.  From the ChangeLog:

So that particular entry was removed.

Yes, this is a bug.  The problem is that components dont setup their
gettext bindings.  I filed a bug for this:

I just looked at the RPM view and some strings are translated and some
are not.  Its hard for me to determine that its is a bug or not because
some of the content in there comes from  the rpm files themselves.  But
on the other hand, rpm files are suppossed to have summaries and
descriptions in more than one language.  So maybe I picked a bad RPM to
test with.  Regardless, I filed a bug to further investigate this:
