[Nautilus-list] need new gnome-vfs, XML changes (metadata and Nautlius links)

In HEAD Nautilus, I have changed our XML for metafiles, themes, Nautilus
links, and "icon meta-info" to use lower-case for the tags instead of the
all-caps we were using before.

This means that when you get new Nautilus and gnome-vfs, you should delete
your existing Nautilus links. The existing links will look like plain text
files to Nautilus after the change.

Also, all metadata will be lost because of this change inside metafiles.

The general public will run into this issue in the PR3 -> 1.0 transition, so
we might have to think about how to make the transition smooth.
