[Nautilus-list] icon_view_handle_uri_list

Currently, the icon view can't handle drops of type 'text/uri-list'.  I
wrote a quick handler based on rue one in fl_desktop_icon_view.c.  Was
there any reason this wasn't done originally?  Are there any 'gotchas'
here, or is it as straightforward as it seems?
