None that I can think of the way things work at the moment, other than
the possibility for human error if the drop target is on or near the
very edge of the screen.  But if you've got edge-flipping switched on,
you should ideally be able to take advantage of that to drag things
between windows on different virtual desktops, which would interfere
with that approach.  (I've just tried it, though, and it looks like you
can't-- Sawfish seems to turn off edge-flipping while you're dragging
things, unless I'm missing something.)
