[Nautilus-list] Latest automake having dependency issues ?

I just noticed that after I upgraded to the latest automake in
eazel-hacking (automake-1.4d), dependencies are no longer working for
me.

I don't have a nautilus/libnautilus-extensions/.deps directory for
example.

Anyone else ?

Maybe something changed in this automake that makes it not do
dependencies automatically ?  Or maybe my system is screwed ???
