themehelper has nothing to do with nautilus, it is a program that comes
with ximian gnome, it comes with gnome doorman (that program that loads at
the first start of ximian gnome). After the install, feel free to kill
themehelper if it is still hanging around.

This is a known problem in Nautilus versions 1.0 to 1.0.2, already fixed
in
HEAD (and the upcoming Nautilus 1.0.3 release). It happens when you invoke
Nautilus from the command line when it's already running on the desktop.
I'm
doing what I can to help get a 1.0.3 release into Ximian's Red Carpet as
soon as possible.
A workaround is to get a new Nautilus window with "New Window" from the
desktop right-click menu instead of starting it from the command line.

Don't know what this is. In fact, I don't know what themehelper is.
