[Nautilus-list] Recent changes require new librsvg, eel if you build Nautilus

The changes Ramiro made to configure scripts require getting a new librsvg
and eel if you get a new nautilus.

Also, be sure that you re-autogen all of the packages. The most common
symptom if you don't do this is a failure to link because of missing
freetype symbols.
