I just patched crux_teal on CVS to specify this, for if anyone needs an
example - just read crux_teal.xml and grep for "highlight_color_rgba".

Note that this points out an annoying inconsistency in the way RGBA
color are handled, which I have filed as #90262 - some code paths take
the colors to be 0xRRGGBBAA, and some others use 0xAARRGGBB.
