gnome-2-0-0 branch ...

Hi guys,

	So there are branches of eel, nautilus for release as Gnome 2.0.0 that
are hard frozen, all commits there must be approved by the release team.

	HEAD, remains open for fixing bugs as they crop up, with the normal
rules - and we'll most likely re-branch HEAD as a hard freeze for 2.0.1
etc.

	At least - that's one plan.
