Yes, I found it. It is in gdl-0.1.0, which was meant as a foundation for
gIDE, which is aborted in favour of Anjuta2.
The component is available as 'View as Source'. It doesn't highlighting,
but since it is based on Scintilla, this should be easy to to do.
