Hello,

1) login as root
2) cd into your user homedir (not root)
3) rm -rf .nautilus
4) rm -rf .gnome-desktop
5) cd .gconf/apps
6) rm -rf nautilus

Backup important data first e.g. if you have documents or other private
stuff in the .gnome-desktop dir.
