Troubleshooting nautilus-cd-burner

How does one go about troubleshooting problems with nautilus-cd-burner.
It works for root, but not for regular users. All other cd burning tools
work properly.

It seems to be a threaded application and thus far I've not been able to
get a good stack backtrace. Strace is of minimal help too. How do you
troubleshoot this app? Is there any data that is logged anywhere? I
can't seem to find anything in the standard logs?

Any help would be greatly appreciated? Thanks in advance!
