Last call for feature patches

The feature freeze is coming up on Monday.  Could everyone who has an
outstanding feature patch please send it to the list?  We'll make an
attempt to crawl through the list archives, but it would be helpful to
have them resent to make sure we don't miss anything.

To quote the release team, "'Feature' should be interpreted as
'Functionality' or 'Ability'. Bug fixes of existing features are not
affected".  If you're not sure, you can send it, and we'll make the
call.
