Hello,
I would like to see improved the behaviour of spatial nautilus to open
directories (which seems to be a sensible point in the spatial nautilus
following some users); I propose a way to open subfolders from a
directory from a right-click. a contextual menu could draw the
subfolders as described in the bug #143299
(http://bugs.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=143299).
this way should allow to open subfolders faster, than the left-clicking
way, and avoid to open several windows. This kind of menu was used in
Beos and as far I remember, it was very easy to navigate.
Is it perhaps not accurate for directories with thousand of entry
(like /dev) but should be useful in user folder/home.
the same submenu could be use too in move / copy operations.
I hope this idea will like you.
I hope this will be implemented, very old idea but very very very good
idea in my opinion....
