New Extension: Open Terminal

The Open Terminal extension allows you to open terminals in arbitrary
local folders. It's heavily based on the nautilus-vcs sample and
actually seems to work. I've put it together pretty quickly, so it may
be broken.
Feedback, comments, suggestsions?
