While playing around a bit more with alt-up, I've discovered a couple
more things that my patch has not addressed. If you use alt-up and the
parent window is *already* open and another icon is already selected
in the parent window, then the child window's icon will not be
selected until you press ctl-r to refresh. Also, whether or not its
already open, the parent window should scroll to the newly-selected
icon.
For now, please just ignore this patch. I'll try working on another
one that addresses the issues I've mentioned. Sorry the inconvenience!
