Dialog: Error creating new document.

Hi !

I have been consistently hitting against this limitation i can't
understand:

I have a partition of my single hard-drive mounted in /mnt/extra and
another partition serves as root /

I have a symlink /home/kikidonk/cvs -> /mnt/extra/cvs

Now, i browse within nautilus in /home/kikidonk/cvs/gnome, and try to
right-click, "Create empty document", i get this error dialog:

Error creating new document.
Error "Not on the same file system" creating new document.
---------------------------------------------------------

In my opinion this is a bug, i have to open my console and touch the
file to create it, or save it in gedit, what do you think ?
