i build a little mockup on how i think the dialog in the
"Desktop"-"Preferences" menu could look like, its very simple.

There are only buttons to activate or disable the icons Computer, Home,
Trash, and "Volumes".

Perhaps i start coding some gconf functions to make it work, but iam a
real beginner...
