That depends on how you implement the new NautilusFileAttribute.
Wherever the i/o is done for that attribute you can use the _ACCESS
flag. Maybe this is in a new function you write, or perhaps you can
conditionally reuse the one in file_info_start.
The NAUTILUS_FILE_ATTRIBUTE_SLOW_MIME_TYPE attribute works quite similar
to how a NAUTILUS_FILE_ATTRIBUTE_ACCESS_RIGHTS attribute would work, so
studying that might help.
