That is a bug in the nautilus-open-terminal extension, rather than
nautilus itself.  The extension uses

	gnome_desktop_item_launch()
	g_spawn_async()

while it should be using

	gnome_desktop_item_launch_on_screen()
	gdk_spawn_on_screen()
